This form is for the adult reading program.

Read 3 books to earn a tote bag and 5 book to receive a free book. Keep reading and for each book you report you'll receive another raffle ticket for a gift basket.

The library will CLOSE at 5:00 pm on Wednesday, November 27th and will be CLOSED all day Thursday, November 28th in observance of Thanksgiving.
